You will join us in the Helsinki office and will work closely with many different stakeholders internally and externally.

About the role

As Senior Consultant you will join our ambitious journey by contributing to various product development activities and customer cooperation.

• Product knowledge: You will have responsibility over specific products and features in the Finnish market, with understanding of the related processes and the technical setup.
• Product development: You are a key player in providing input on the Finnish market requirements during the development of new products and features. You will take ownership in ensuring the right product fit for the Finnish market while collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on roadmap and deliveries.
• Sales support: Part of your role is also to join forces with our sales and partnership managers to support them in customer collaboration and projects as the expert of your area.

How to shine in this role

You are motivated to learn and take a pro-active approach in your work. You have received praise for your project management skills and your ability to collaborate and establish rapport with stakeholders. Things can get hectic from time to time, so you need to be able to cope with tight deadlines and handle projects and tasks running simultaneously. But don’t worry, you don’t have to make it entirely on your own - we will orientate you with the whole team.

Regarding your professional background, we hope that you have experience in solutions or processes related to payments or cash management within a merchant environment. While entering this role, we expect you to gain a thorough understanding of our business products and the requirements in the Finnish market. You will also establish a natural and regular collaboration with your stakeholders both in Finland and Denmark.
