What would I do? 

The newly formed unit owns the customer welcoming processes and development and makes sure that we contribute a high-quality customer experience. We are also running local development projects and other initiatives in the area of financial crime prevention. Our team consist of consultants working in the customer welcoming projects and financial crime specialists. Together we work to ensure a great customer experience while respecting regulatory requirements.

As a (Senior) Consultant in Welcoming Journey, your role is of utmost importance in improving service model, processes and value propositions. You will be responsible for sharing and developing best practices across the Nordics together with your colleagues in Finland and across countries. As consultant your task will be running different projects in several interesting areas of business and personal banking and be active member in development projects.

Your background

To be successful in the position you have experience from frontline and knowledge of banking solutions. You are able to lead also complex projects. Communication is key in every change, therefore it is crucial that you have solid stakeholder management skills and are able to motivate others. You hopefully have several years of work experience from the financial industry, a relevant academic background and you are fluent in both Finnish and English. Experience of digitalisation processes and customer experience development projects are appreciated also.

As a person you have an open minded and can-do attitude. You are structured, focused and willing to assist. You feel comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback.

You will be based in Helsinki, but the position requires some travel in the Nordics.
