How do I log on to the telephone
service for the first time?

In order to access the Danske Bank telephone banking service, you will need your bank identifiers – your user ID, PIN and security card. Dial the Customer Service telephone number +358 (0) 200 2590 and select the service you require. You will hear instructions on how to enter your bank identifiers.

The temporary password issued to you by Danske Bank will remain valid for a period of 30 days. When you log on to the telephone banking service for the first time, you will be requested to change the temporary password issued to you for a 4-digit PIN number that will be easy for you to remember. We recommend that you avoid numbers that others might be able to guess, such as your date of birth or the last digits of your personal identity code. You should also never re-enter an old PIN.

You will always need your security card when logging into the telephone banking service. You will also be asked to use your PIN to authorise payments.

You can use your bank identifiers to access also eBanking, mobile banking (available in Finnish) and automated telephone banking service (available in Finnish and Swedish). Using your bank identifiers to access eBanking is just as easy. To log on to eBanking go to > Log on to eBanking.
